Do you offer special prices for travel agents?
Our published prices are fixed per vehicle. For regular or large bookings, message us on WhatsApp to discuss agent arrangements.
How many passengers can you move together?
A Toyota Coaster carries up to 18 passengers with 19 bags and a Toyota Hiace up to 10 with 10 bags. For larger groups we plan several vehicles so everyone travels at the same time.
When does my group pay?
Payment is made when the group reaches its destination. No prepayment is required.
Do you track group flights?
Yes. Send the flight numbers for each arrival and we track them, so drivers are waiting even if a flight is early or late.
Can you work with several arrivals on one day?
Yes. Send us the full arrival schedule with flight numbers, hotels and group sizes, and we plan vehicles for each group.
Which routes do you cover for groups?
Jeddah and Madinah airports, hotels in Makkah, Madinah and Jeddah, the Haramain train stations, Makkah to Madinah (including via Badr) and ziyarat tours.
